Delivery & Shipping
Order Production
All items are individually cut, pressed, and made to order.
Please allow 10–12 business days for standard production.
Bespoke Capes require 15–20 business days due to their specialised craftsmanship.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been completed and dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)
All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia using Sendle, a carbon-neutral courier service.
Estimated Delivery Times
Perth & WA metro: 1–3 business days
WA regional: 3–6 business days
Interstate (metro-to-metro): 5–10 business days
Interstate regional & remote: 7–14 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Sendle and may vary during peak seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- Parcel size
- Parcel weight
- Delivery location
- Sendle’s current domestic pricing
We do not charge extra handling or packing fees.
Order Tracking
All orders include Sendle tracking.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the parcel is collected.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
Sendle may attempt safe-drop where available.
If a parcel cannot be delivered, it may be taken to a collection point or require redelivery.
Redelivery fees (if charged by Sendle) are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at admin@anom.store, and
- We will lodge an investigation with Sendle.
Sendle provides delivery guarantee coverage, and we will assist you through the claim process if required.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping will be added in the future as our service expands.
